New Security Officers: The Guard Card is the basic security license issued by the California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services. Guard Card training is the first step new guards must complete in order to submit their application to the State of California. While Guard Card license allows applicants to work as an unarmed security officer, it does not include specialized training for any specific assignment. To bridge that gap, AEGIS has developed the following bundles available: Executive Protection, Nightlife & Events, School Security, Security Supervisor, Emergency Response, and Crime Prevention.

Before December 31st, 2023, the first 8 hours (Powers to Arrest & Weapons of Mass Destruction) are available online. Complete your training before 12/31/23. No refunds will be given.
