Crowd Manager Training

Events that bring together large and diverse groups of people, such as sports games, concerts, and public gatherings, require effective crowd management to ensure safety, prevent incidents, and maintain order. Security guards must be prepared to assess crowd behavior, respond to risks, and apply structured procedures in dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environments.

This module provides security guards with the foundational knowledge needed to manage crowds in a variety of settings. It focuses on understanding event types, recognizing crowd behaviors, performing key responsibilities before, during, and after events, and identifying suspicious activity through proper reporting practices such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
