This module is designed to train the participant to understand the responsibilities a supervisor has with regards to Use of Force situations:
This course will teach the participant the following:
- Ensure force is reduced as compliance is gained
- Contacting police and EMS quickly
- Guiding officers to complete incident reports
- Debriefing and training what went right and could have gone better
Through interactive learning experiences and practical skill-building exercises, participants will emerge from this course equipped with the knowledge, tools, and leadership capabilities necessary to fulfill their supervisory duties effectively and ethically in the complex realm of Use of Force situations.
