This course is designed to train participants on the critical importance of maintaining high ethical standards and a high level of professionalism in their roles as security officers.

Throughout this course, participants will be introduced to:

• Ethics & Professionalism: Understand the fundamental principles that guide ethical behavior and professional conduct.
• Grooming, Attire & Appearance: Learn the significance of personal grooming and appropriate attire in creating a positive and professional image.
• Physical / Command Presence: Develop a strong and authoritative presence to enhance effectiveness in security roles.
• Professional Conduct: Explore the behaviors and attitudes that define professionalism in the security industry.
• Reasonableness Tests/ Doing the Right Thing: Learn to apply reasonableness tests to ensure decisions and actions are ethically sound and appropriate.
