Criminal & Civil Liability

Module details

This module is designed to train the participant to recognize the definitions and differences among personal civil liability, criminal liability, and employer liability. This module will also teach the participant what the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is and what it protects.

This course will teach the participant to:

• Understand personal civil liability and how to reduce the risks
• Acknowledge what employer liability is and why it’s important
• Identify the Fourth Amendment and how inherent it is to US citizen's lives

With this information participants will be able to avoid committing negligence or wrongful acts that may cause their employer to be held responsible; knowing the law suits may be brought against the security guard, and/or your employer under the doctrine of respondeat superior.
