Conduct on Campus

Educational environments present unique security challenges that require a balance of safety, professionalism, communication, and legal awareness. Security personnel must be prepared to work alongside administrators, staff, visitors, and young people while helping maintain a secure and productive learning environment.
 

This module provides practical guidance on managing common conduct-related situations encountered on campus. Participants will learn how school authority impacts security operations, how to address unauthorized individuals on school property, how to respond to disturbances in a safe and professional manner, and how security personnel support disciplinary processes while remaining within the scope of their responsibilities.

• Student Discipline
  
   By the end of this module, participants will have a stronger understanding of campus conduct expectations and will be better prepared to respond appropriately to situations involving students, visitors, and school personnel while supporting a safe educational environment.
